I'm Raha Shafiei — fitness, movement, and mindful wellness.

My work sits at the intersection of fitness, movement, and mindful wellness. I help people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits in a way that feels realistic and approachable. I don’t believe in extremes, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all programs. I believe in progress that lasts. 

 

For me, wellness is more than workouts or routines. It’s about understanding your body, honoring where you are, and creating practices that fit into your everyday life. Strength is physical, but it’s also mental. When you move with intention and take care of your body, everything else starts to feel more aligned.
